Thanks for the updates Greg... I'm an old guy who is used to paper newsletters, then e-mails and now the YouTube stuff. Love the delivery method. More compelling than just reading page after page. You've mentioned in multiple videos your view that interest rates (particularly the 10 year) will eventually have to rise. Do you ever recommend the use of short or inverse etf/etn products like TBX, TYO, SJB, TBF, etc??? Or do you tend to avoid because of the decay??? I bought one contract of Jun 30 SPY call, using the GM's QUANT system as a timing tool. Got in at 11:11 this morning. Read his QUANT system over the weekend and put to use today. Although QUANT is supposed to be an intra-day day, I find it useful to pick my entry point.
I bought my FIRST SPY CALL!! Yay!! Down right now, but did the option for this Friday 4-17 @ 280 strike price...

Just 1 call option...trying this out. So yes 100, but will plan on selling the option contract and not exercising. First timer lol.
