Remember there is good debt and bad debt. Good debt is when you use debt to make more money. Bad debt is paying at a restaurant and paying interest. (side note WF made 81 b on credit fees alone) It took me till 2007 to realize I was a slave to debt. At that point I cut up all the credit cards. I do use an amex for my small biz, which is paid at the end of ever month. I feel that a lot of people know NO other way to make ends meet. They have succumbed to the I want. Hi Greg, thanks for sharing this information. How about putting some money on food and fertilizer companies?. They also pay dividends and could be kept for a long term during this inflationary environment. NTR, KR, MOS, PM to name a few. Thanks.
Most people don’t want the truth. Long term holdings in companies that pay dividends are the best. Thank you for good financial opinions.

What does anybody think of Verizon (VZ). I hold a lot of shares in it, I believe it should do well going forward.
