Yeah, funny how you get warnings and flashing lights when you make money. But when you're losing money they don't care :) This has happened to me too so I'm sitting this one out myself.

I think is important for new "traders" like me to understand that you need 25k in your account to be able to do this intra day trades (getting in and out of a trade in the same day). I don't have that amount of money (yet), so be aware of this trades.

you can do it three times in a rolling five day period. It is best to keep them for emergencies.

@greg what trading platform do you use?

I think he uses Think or Swim

Thanks Greg, I agree and these trades today are INTRA DAY trades, and you have to buy the dip and ride it up and sell for profit. Lions if you don't know how to read 1Day 5 Min candlestick charts, MacD 2line, CCI, and RSI charts then you will not know when to buy or when to sell and make a profit. Ripping & Shredding!!!

Any advice on where/how to learn? TY

Greg has a Ebook on Intra Day trading for sell for $5 that is very good and shows you how to set your charts, but I have my charts set the way I like them and have gotten accustomed to my system so I haven't changed the settings to Greg's charts.

That good, learning to read charts is very important to analyze what a stock is doing at the moment and over time, and I look at 1day 1 year charts to see earnings and seasonal and trends over the year, I also use 5day 15 min to see weekly data, and 1 day 5 min to see exactly when to buy or sell. Set your charts with MacD 2line, RSI with implied volatility, and CCI charts. if you study and watch these charts and you will learn for yourfelf how to read them, and a few youtube tutorials might help understand what to look for, and here is the linkto Gregs Book.

Sounds good. I’m just making a few dollars while in Atlanta in a layover. Need to exit before getting back into the air with no cellular.

Makes sense Greg. MSFT and AAPL are up substantially today. It would be nice to see them pull back.
