He means to scale into positions as the price falls. If you bought 1 call at $15 buy another at $14, 13, 12 etc. Trying to lower your average so that when the market rebounds you will be in profit at a lower level.

When he says "add to your existing positions", does he mean "add another 100 option buy call"? or what does he mean by that
