Good to sell SPY calls into strength first thing this morning, but I have to disagree with you on not playing the short side on days like today as just closed my TZA and SDOW buys from this morning with a killing of a gain.
Will this essentially replace the Quant system (at least for now)? I had been using the Quant system successfully averaging about 2-5% cash account funds traded daily until the market started to get volatile in early September at which point it seemed as if trading SPY was like climbing a ladder only to have Mnuchin, Pelosi, Fauci or someone else peak their head over the roof and kick me off the ladder.
Yes, he prob did. I was already at my limit of what I would put into WMT. Selling pre-market today would have made you money. I'm not sure if I can at my current trade permissions on Think or Swim.
i investigated this and i found that fidelity allows it. i have yet to set up though (after hrs trading for options)...however, liquidity may be low due to not many offering it...i think Greg sold right at open.
