It's just an observation re: your earlier liquidity issues highlighted by Fed. Historically, market traders vacation in August and September globally so liquidity drops off. So if liquidity is the issue then this timing would make sense. That being said, economic data will be very weak in June and July so the FED may have problems before then. Tepper just cover his short Nasdaq position this morning.
