A labor force whereas now only 10% of single adults can qualify for an average home in any of the top 35 metros. And those that do qualify are spending 40% of their monthly income on that mortgage. Gaslighting to the highest order. Of course it is no the Fed's currency printing/debasement, the asset bubbles causing any of the inflation.. they blame paltry labor force wages that have long fallen behind living costs! 90% of the labor force is struggling..
the Homeless people are everywhere ....even here in Duncan BC
all the Banks in our town have now been closing their doors to their ATM machines inside their doors...............in the night time hours so that the homeless cannot occupy that space indoors during the night time hours........
and there is one Chinese Restuarant in our town here in Duncan BC......that they are having to close down their business cause the homeless have occupied the surrounding property around their Resturant so hence no one wants to go into that area.......so hence they have lost business............they are now trying to find a different location but they are also having trouble selling the propery..............
City council isn’t doing anything about the homeless? Deliberately running down property values so they or someone can swoop down and buy it at pennies on the dollar.
