I get puts assigned sometime. Then I sell calls. Reap profits by selling in the money options

The P/E is under 8 so that is a good thing. It was the FIRST stock that I bought when the market reversed in 2009. Ticker then was RTP.
Maybe it has something to do with being a foreign company (British). I do own it.
