This type of news always takes me a bit further back to Hemingway, imagining when he wrote this, it shows nothing ever changes. A trick as old as wars are.
“The first panacea for a mismanaged nation is inflation of the currency; the second is war. Both bring a temporary prosperity; both bring a permanent ruin. But both are the refuge of political and economic opportunists. - Ernest Hemingway
That’s multi layered. One dumb down the education 2 the media is the people’s watchdog, but that’s become the fifth estate. 3. If all else fails suppress the vote by any means
To confirm the Hypnotic Power of TV: read Neil Postman’s book: Amusing Ourselves To Death. (20th Anniversary Edition, Penguin Books, First published 1985. Last edition published 2005.). I forgot the sub-title: Public Discourse In The Age of Show Business.
Hi BooBoo, on this October Full Moon. I’ll bet the Ranch, Farm, & Moon it was the 20% Creeps that own and Control the World. Or is it the 1% ? Or is it the 0.0001% ?
Great newsletter, Greg. You nailed it. Like Major General Smedley Butler (ret) said upon his retirement, “War…is a racket…”. Always has been. Always will be. Sadly.
As for how America’s got so dumb, research Charlotte Iserbyt and her book ‘The Dumbing Down of America’. It’s a plan that started many generations ago. Her father was an active member of Skull and Bones at Yale. Same club the Bushes belong to. There is a curtain much like in the movie “Wizard of Oz”. We only see what’s in view. The rest is ‘behind the curtain’. Buckle up. It’s going to get worse. Sorry optimists. 🤪
Right on brother when all else falls they take u to war. Love Gerald Greg M the judge and douglas macgregor ap cp Riverside steve Pop you all are great and do wonderful work. Thanks with all my heart ❤️
Ah, Gen Z. Most of them just sit around and listen to Billie Eilish sing terribly depressing songs -- but some of them actually do care about our future. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cW8VLC9nnTo
I agree Greg. They keep propping up this market to no end. It makes it extremely difficult to win in the stock market. On top of all this money being injected into the system, I think a big reason the US is in this hole is because of the greed and thirst for power of some of our politicians. Instead of looking at what worked before to unleash economic growth, these people make deals that benefit themselves only. It was great when we had < $2 gas, now it's double. Three short years ago there was no talk of war. In fact, we had the direct opposite of what we have now. Peace was breaking out all over and hostile countries were contained. Our economy was starting to take off. We were using the substantial natural resources available right here in the US. Hopefully, the ship gets righted very soon
"We The People" continue to fall for it - since their inception in 1913, the U.S. Federal (not federal in any way) Reserve (what's that?) has propagated war to expand their balance sheet. Ask Archduke Ferdinand. Oh wait he was assassinated. Woodrow Wilson (WW1), FDR (WW2), Truman (Korea), Kennedy/Johnson/Nixon (Vietnam), Reagan (Central America/ Iraq v Iran), Bush41 (Iraq), Clinton (Somalia/ Balkans), Bush43 (Afghanistan & Iraq), Obama (Syria / domestic racial strife), Biden (Ukraine as US proxy) - all lied us into wars - I'm not saying ending Nazism (funded by Bush41's father and the Federal Reserve) was not a worthy cause. Interestingly neither Carter nor Trump engaged the US in active warfare.
No leader today is actively talking PEACE in the US' proxy war against Russia using Ukraine as our boxing gloves. That is disturbing. Ukraine is a dictatorship now. Biden is bundling the aid with Israel because some of We The People have told "our representatives" to stop funding this proxy war without any financial accountability whatsoever. We are heard but not listened to.
In the end the majority of people consented to a life where you take everything as presented by your perceived betters.
Therefore you can’t get upset when the trap closes shut. If youre a puppet master and all the puppets continue to do stupid shit, why wouldn’t you engineer them out of existence? I’m not saying it’s right, but there’s something to be said about a mass of people that do nothing but consume and are always asking for more faster.
Hey Greg. Please correct me if I'm wrong but Gerald Celente recently said he believes the markets will decline. But you seem to be long the markets. Are you disagreeing with Gerald who, of course, is big on commodities.
Thanks Greg. I have a ton of respect for you and Gerald. I realize you are both on the same page about Wall Street and the war machine. And you are both correct.

My thoughts exactly
I have a question for all of the American posters here!
How and why did 80% of the American people get to be so dumb, brainwashed naïve and so so stupid?...
That’s multi layered. One dumb down the education 2 the media is the people’s watchdog, but that’s become the fifth estate. 3. If all else fails suppress the vote by any means
Great answer, thank you Jimmy...
Fluoride, social media, pesticides, EMFs, vaccines, etc.
I call it "generational conditioning." According to Marx, it takes 3 generations to make a population subservient. We are 3 generations from 1964.
public education, tv, music, and churches
It's the hypnotic power of television.

It's all greed and complacency and arrogance. Most Americans can't conceive they can lose everything.
Fluoride, Vaccines (mercury, aluminum poisoning), lead, plastics (hormone disruption) and EMF and public education and non-stop propaganda.
Mainstream Media. That was an easy answer.
Think it was a birth defect
In all my years in public school, kindergarten through college, they never one taught anything about finance, taking out a loan, buying a car, etc.
And today in the USA they are teaching that a man is a woman and a woman is a man...Sad

It really is sickening that there are still so many normies stuck in the matrix
I don’t think it was ever possible to reach a majority

I used to think the financial system was lubricated with oil but now I have seen the lubricant is blood.

Eventually liquidity will dry up, the system will die. Stock markets will suffer greatly.
Thanks Greg. I have a ton of respect for you and Gerald. I realize you are both on the same page about Wall Street and the war machine. And you are both correct.
Would there be any stocks that would ride it out? As in, too much of a necessity to be dumped?
Thank you
