I'm still new at this. When you add to positions, are you doubling down each time or are you adding a fractional amount each time you buy more? So if I'm buying 1 share at a time and add to the position twice, should I now have 3 shares, or should I have 6? Thanks.

If you buy 1 option contract you are buying an option to control 100 shares. Sounds like you are not trading options?
