I agree with you that the SM is going higher until the "big crash" but I'm seeing a 2018-like pullback here. Yes, it's ALL FED driven. What is different about now vs 2018 is inflation. It makes sense to cool down demand until supply can catch up. Maybe through Q1 22. Then peddle to the metal. They may do one rate hike as a teaser but doubtful of any follow through during the remainder of 22.
