People who own land and houses and commercial businesses will have to pay both County and City taxes or at least one form of tax on their property annually by using the new system when it is officially in place and there’s not a damn thing they can do about it! So even if they have their pantry full of off grid stuff and lots of beans and rice what will they do about the property taxes they’re going to owe each year?! How are they actually going to resist the undesirable plan if they own property? I know you’re the one who can explain this ! Hikes and spikes and yikes!!! Will the property owners just walk off into la la land when taxes are due ? 🤔
