The U.S. economy is on the path of Joseph Schumpeters Creative Destruction theory.

Creating artificial shortages to promote inflationary speculative pricing to prop up nominal capitalist property titles and save their bankrupt system.

Thing is nowadays, The further gold or markets goes up, so does everything else. 3k gold? 20 dollar cups of coffee.

Any profits we make will be taken by inflation. Not sure how that's beating the system.

My 401k is cranking it thanks to all the free money being pumped into the markets. I move the profits into guaranteed funds at a certain point and let the rest get me some more. Is that just terrible of me? Diversification. I play the board. Metals are lovely. You?

All paper assets are based on worthless Government/FED fiat money.

Perhaps because NO ONE really wants to live in a world where a loaf of bread is $20 but your 401(k) is at ATH.

As much as it’s admirable to continue to pump the markets and keep buying the dips, it’s not a world you want to pursue. The distraction IS the stock market. People won’t be going into the streets protesting and abolishing their corrupt-to-the-core government anytime soon while the markets make them salivate with profits.

I don't think the port strike timing near the election day is coincidental. Chaos may be preferred as a distraction strategy when doubt exists about incumbent candidates ability to win.
