All debt gets sent back to the originator, the Federal Reserve and they become bankrupt and then the government will abolish them. BOOM All debt gone, Central Bank gone, back to Constitutional money. The Treasury will have to go back to doing what it was originally mandated to do, which is print actual Dollars that are only issued when supported by the amount of Precious Metal as defined in the Constitution.
Court will just rule that Plaintiff does not have standing. Same thing they did in the election interference lawsuits of 2020. I'd sign the petition as part of the aggrieved class, but if it's money for lawyers that's required, well...sorry.
