In my opinion it is highly likely that both indicators would project 'risk on' opportunities in normal circumstances. That being said; the Market has been running 'hot' lately and probably needs to correct a bit sometime soon to keep this PPT 'Buy back' Bull alive for more than a few Months at a time. One never knows if we're going to get a 'head and shoulder fake' indicator set (counter intuitive to our normal outlook) briefly before a reverse.
Of course, if it does happen, it will likely be followed a prepackaged "bad news" narrative to explain the move, which may or may not have an element of truth to make it more believable. As a matter of fact, some "bad news" of their own that they have not shared with us thus far may be revealed to explain.
